These Terms apply to your use of the Northernridgekeep website and to any service, reservation, or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page, you represent that this is true. We may request photographic identification at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected at departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows are charged for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (including text, images, logos, and design) belongs to Northernridgekeep or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
